Conference Services Assistant (Casual)
The work is primarily setting up and servicing conference and training rooms and assisting guests. Experience in AV/IT is desirable, although training will be provided. Shift patterns are predominantly 15:00 - 23:00; there will be some weekend work.

Receptionist (full time 37.5 hours per week, between 07.00 – 22.00, including weekends)
Required to join our busy Reception team, the successful candidate will have the following skills:

Excellent communication, planning & attention to detail skills;

Outstanding customer service skills;

Ability to prioritise workload on a busy shift;

A high level of literacy and numeracy;
-
Experience in Microsoft office and database software;
-
Previous experience in a similar role.
Night Manager (45 hours a week, 22.00-07.00, including weekends)
The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Excellent communication, planning & attention to detail skills;

Ability to manage a small team, whilst remaining fully hands-on;

Ability to prioritise workload on a busy shift;
-
Experience in a similar role.
